1. No Refund Policy

Jiwacamp does not offer refunds for any bookings or reservations. All sales are final.

2. Date Change Policy

In the event of a cancellation, whether initiated by the customer or by Jiwacamp (including due to reasons such as bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances), we do not provide refunds. However, we allow customers to change their booking dates under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: The new booking date must be within the same calendar year as the original reservation.
  • Availability: The new date is subject to availability at the time of the request.
  • Request Process: Customers must contact us via email or phone to arrange a date change. All requests must be made at least [insert number of days] days before the original booking date.

3. Limitations

  • Single Date Change: Each booking is allowed one date change only. Additional requests for changes may not be accommodated.
